Build the agents. Source the compute.

Innorca engineers agentic software that runs where you choose, and sources the GPU accelerator cards, compute systems and optical interconnects that AI workloads depend on.

Agentic software engineering

Agent systems that plan, call tools, keep the right context and finish real work, with permissions, checkpoints and recovery designed in. Built on the models and infrastructure you choose.

  • Agent orchestration and supervision
  • Scoped context and memory
  • Tool integration and permissions
  • Workflow automation
  • Sovereign API, private cloud or self-hosted deployment

AI infrastructure sourcing

Sourcing for the physical layer of AI: accelerators, compute systems and the high-speed optics that connect them, matched to your workload with condition and terms stated per request.

  • GPUs and accelerators
  • GPU servers and compute systems
  • Optical transceivers
  • Cables and interconnects

One stack, worked from both ends.

Software decides what the hardware has to do. Hardware sets the limits of what the software can do. We work on both, so neither is planned in isolation.

One system, six layers.

An agent is only as dependable as the layers beneath it. Each layer does one job; we plan them together, so a choice at one is checked against the others.

Agentic software engineering

Agent
Turns a goal into finished work by planning steps, calling tools and knowing when to stop. We define done, put human checkpoints where errors are costly, and keep a trace of every run.
Tools and memory
Gives the agent reach into your systems and the context to act correctly. We declare each tool’s permissions, separate reads from writes, and scope memory by user, team or workflow.
Models and runtime
Supplies the reasoning, and sets cost, latency and where requests are processed. We match open-weight or hosted models to each task, configure serving, and route requests by data sensitivity and budget.

AI infrastructure sourcing

Accelerators
Decides which models you can run, and how quickly. We size GPUs and accelerators to model memory and precision, then source cards or modules that fit your host platform and fabric.
Compute nodes
Houses the accelerators and keeps them fed with data, power and cooling. We specify servers with the CPUs, memory, storage and network adapters a workload needs, checked against your rack and power.
Fabric
Links nodes into one cluster; in distributed training and multi-node inference, the network often sets the pace. We match transceivers, cables and fiber to the ports, rates and reach at each end.

Your models. Your infrastructure. Your call.

Agent systems can run through the model providers and regions you select, in a private cloud, or on hardware you own. We design for the locality your data and policies call for, and document where each component runs.

Sovereign APIs

Hosted models limited to the providers and regions you approve, with each request routed by data sensitivity and fallbacks kept inside the same boundary.

  • Route to an approved model
  • Alternate approved route
  • Blocked by routing policy

Private cloud

Inference, agent runtime, memory and logs inside your own cloud account and network boundary.

  • Data and inference stay in your account
  • Cloud provider boundary

Self-hosted

Open-weight models served on hardware you own, including isolated environments with restricted network access.

  • Data and inference stay on your hardware
  • Outbound link you can cut

From the workflow to the wire.

Engagements are scoped around an outcome, not a catalog. Start with the software, the hardware, or the plan that connects them.

  • Agentic Systems

    Workflow agents

Pick one workflow that costs your team real time. We build an agent that runs it end to end — planning, tool calls, checks, and handoff to a person when judgment is needed — measured against your own examples.

    Includes

    • Scoping and an evaluation set built from real tasks
    • Orchestration, permissioned tools and scoped memory
    • Monitoring, spend limits and runbooks

    Outcome

A supervised agent, with source in your repository.

    How we build agents
  • Agentic Systems

    Sovereign and private AI

Use capable models while keeping track of where your data goes. We set up sovereign API routing, private cloud inference or self-hosted open-weight models, and document where prompts, context, memory and logs are processed.

    Includes

    • Provider and region selection for model APIs
    • Routing by data sensitivity, with in-boundary fallbacks
    • Open-weight serving in your cloud or on your hardware

    Outcome

A written record of where models, data and logs run.

    Model-to-hardware sizing

Match the model to the machine before you buy or build. We weigh model size, precision, quantization and serving setup against the accelerators, memory and fabric you have or plan to source.

    Includes

    • Accelerator memory and count per node
    • Serving and quantization trade-offs
    • Fabric, rack and power requirements

    Outcome

One plan that the software and hardware both fit.

    Accelerator, compute and optics sourcing

Supply for a build, from accelerator cards and GPU servers to the transceivers and cables that link them. Each option is checked against your host platform, switch ports and facility, with condition, origin and lead time stated.

    Includes

    • GPUs and accelerators, in card or module form
    • GPU servers and the components a build needs
    • Optical transceivers, cables and fiber

    Outcome

Comparable options, with terms confirmed in writing.
